What vaccinations does my dog need before attending daycare?
For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require all dogs to be fully vaccinated and up to date with their vaccinations before attending daycare. Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to your dog’s first visit.
How does the collection and return service work?
We collect dogs from their homes between 8–9am and return them safely home between 3–4pm after a full day of supervised play, exercise, and enrichment activities with our team.
Do all dogs need a meet & greet before booking?
Yes , every dog must complete a free meet & greet before daycare attendance is confirmed. This allows us to assess compatibility, understand your dog’s needs, and ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs.
Can I watch my dog during the day?
Absolutely! We stream parts of our daycare adventures on TikTok Live so you can check in and watch your dog having fun, socializing, and enjoying their day with Field & Fetch.
What happens if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?
Your dog’s safety and comfort are our priority. If a dog shows signs of stress, discomfort, or unsafe behavior, our experienced staff will carefully manage the situation and may separate them from group activities if necessary to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
